Welkom Chapter Johan & Amelia Vos decided to withdraw from their duties as Presidents couple, and to wear their 'Jesus loves you' badge again. We respect their decition and wish them well. They still remain part of the family!
Stiena Brits was appointed as her successor by Ramona Erasmus, to take over the duties as Secretary for Bethlehem Chapter as from 18 September 2007. Ramona had to resign after her husband took on a new job in Gauteng. Stiena is performing like a rocket and enjoying every moment of it!
2006/09/10 Guardian Angels at the Diamond Rally from Bethlehem, East London, Kimberley & Hartsvallei together with friends from Kestell & Ficksburg who joined the ride. Two new members were welcomed into the group at the rally.

2006/08/20The Bible & Wheelchair Run kicked off with a bang! On the photo we are parked in front of the Christian Centre in Bethlehem, on our second Sunday out. And with only two runs completed, we are already blessed with more than R6000 in the bank for the project. What a GREAT GOD we serve!!

2006/08/17Reg Solomons took over from Rudi Wolmarans when they moved to Bethlehem in September 2005, and does a wonderful job with the Gauteng East Rand Chapter. With his guidence the club is now recognised as a ministry under the cover of the AGS Church in Boksburg. What a pleasure to see these guys at work !
2006/08/17Past Mark Grieve committed himself to a huge responsibility as leader of the Gauteng West Rand. Mark works amongst students in his congrigation and sees opportunity as a big challenge. Being an Australian by birth, he is married to a South Africa wife. We pray that he will be blessed in his work !
2006/08/05Johan & Amelia Vos in Welkom receive their colours, a very happy moment for the Management of Guardian Angels, since they participated for 6 years before taking the big step! To God the Glory - with their hearts in the right place, God will add to their numbers. They've been a blessing for us in the past years and we rejoice in these new family members!!
2006/08/05Hannes & Wilna v/d Merwe will take on the leadership in East London, and what a happy moment for us when they announced their return to our club. Hannes resigned in 2004, and moved to East London in 2005 on a new business venture. Wilna and the kids are to follow in November this year, and Hannes confirmed their commitment to Guardian Angels on a week-end visit end July! We pray that East London will grow from strengh to strengh - it's good to have you back!
2006/08/05Bethlehem Chapter welcomed Eric Barnard and his son Nico in their midst, an Evangilist who shares our love for motorcycles. Eric will be responsible for the destribution of bibles which is to be collected with our National Biblerun during August to October.
Rudi Wolmarans (Bethlehem) was handed his President's certificate by National President Willie Esterhuizen.

Whilst visiting Welkom, we spend good time on a Churchrun at the Lighthouse Ministries and enjoyed all the attention to our bikes. We made good friends in the process and hope to visit again soon.
